clarification of.expectations
There are three types of expectations people encounter in everyday life : hidden, partially clear and clear. Based on a system of mutual expectations ( What do I expect from you? What do you expect from me? What can you expect from me?) we tend to be : player, spectator, coach or commentator. When it comes to managing projects, being on the "field " as a player is the right attitude; you have 100% impact on the present and future.
rose.bush
It is a simple yet useful tool that underlines the fact that each of us sees a situation from a different perspective. How does it work? Each of us had to draw a rosebush. At the end we reralised that there were no two rosebushes the same. Sometimes the smallest things teach us the biggest lessons.
prefection vs.excellence
Working with projects implies a series of skills. The following tool teaches project managers to get the best out of their potential. Correcting mistakes, taking risks, being spontaneous, and in controll of your own actions are more constructive than handling challenges with fear. Inhibition, a high focus on the surrounding, and the permanent obsession to make no mistakes become often the causes of your unsuccess.
